As with every one of our Bill White restaurants (Grappa, Chimayo, Pine Cone Ridge, Windy Ridge Cafe & Bakery, Ghidotti's, Billy Blanco's), Sushi Blue is, first and foremost, eye candy. In the main dining room, there are regular tables and booths available. To the rear of the restaurant is a lounge/bar area, as well as a sushi bar, which tends to get very busy in the evenings. Throughout, you can see Bill White's renowned attention to detail, which is beautifully evidenced, from the dish plates and chopsticks to the wall hangings and lighting.

The eclectic, pan-Asian menu offers a diverse selection, ranging from sushi and sashimi to Asian lettuce cups, Thai beef salad, bánh mi sandwiches, American burgers, and even Agedashi Tofu. If you're eating sushi, be sure to ask about our nightly specials. In addition to standard maki rolls like the Spider Roll, Philly Roll, and Caterpillar Roll, we offer a wide variety of delicious signature rolls, as well as Green Rolls.
