In April 2012, we took over the lease of the previous restaurant Hapa Grill, slightly reworked the menu, updated the kitchen, and decorated the interior. Sushi Blue offers a variety of unique items, from fresh sushi to traditional ramen bowls, as well as a 1/3 lb Blue Burger. Sushi Blue adopted a more casual atmosphere while maintaining service standards within the company.
